This is an Australian-made Wein Bridge oscillator covering the frequency range 20 Hz to 200 kHz in four ranges.
Two twin-ganged variable capacitors are operated by the front panel knob to continuously vary the frequency while range-change resistors are switched by the 'Multiply by' selector.
The oscillation is stabilised by two incandescent bulbs under the chassis.
