Designed for measurement of the frequency of HF/VHF transmitters.
Based on a resonant circuit with a variable 250 pF capacitor and one of a set of inductors. The resonance detector is an incadescent lamp with a fine hairpin filament.
The scale has three ranges, 0.5 - 1.6 Mc/s, 1.5 - 50 Mc/s, 40 - 150 Mc/s.
There are five inductors marked 0.5 - 1.6, 1.6 - 5, 5 -16, 16 - 50, 50 -150 Mc
